Kampot Pepper is ‘the best pepper in the world’. 
Six years ago I visited Kampot Province in Cambodia and my first taste of the ‘king of kings’ was at the Kimly restaurant in Kep on the Gulf of Thailand. Well, I just had to take some back to Canada! I travel back and forth to Cambodia a few times a year and have been bringing back increasing amounts of Kampot Pepper for my friends and family. It was so popular that I ended up doing a fund raiser for a local non-profit and realized just how much people love this pepper. So, I decided to make it available on the net.
